Rose's statement, in part:

"I am planning to make another run for the 1st. Congressional District Seat. And we may have other Democrats running as well! This will give Dems a real choice in this election, and a real opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people in our district.
I'll keep you posted moving forward, and ask for your continuing help and support. Thank you!"

It will be Rose's second attempt to win the seat. She was defeated by Scott in November by 28 percentage points.
