Just five wins off magic 600, Summerville Coach John McKissick wouldn't find a W in the Swamp this week as the Goose Creek Gators stomped Green Wave 49-14.

Fort Dorchester earned its first L of the season against Stratford Friday. MaxPreps has ranked Patriots at No. 17 in AAAA state.

No. 18 Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes won 13-7 against West Ashley. Now 1-2, Ashley Ridge plays 3-0 Stratford, fresh off its Fort Dorchester win, next week.
