Haley Campaign to Reimburse State for Security Detail During Fundraising Trips
The payment is expected to be made after June 30.
Gov. Nikki Haley's campaign will reimburse the state for the cost of her security detail during fundraising trips during her first 18 months in office.
The Post & Courier reports that the State Law Enforcement Dvision said Monday that the payment is expected to be made after June 30.
SLED has no estimate as to what costs the campaign has incurred, but a Freedom of Information request by the paper shows more than $16,000 has been spent on security through December.

Seems fair. Political activity vs job related activity. Reimburse the citizens. Well done.
