Heritage Square Ordered to Submit Demo Plans
Owners of Heritage Square given 30 days to submit demolition plans to town.
Could Heritage Square finally face demolition more than three years after the Town of Summerville condemned the property?
Master-in-Equity Maite Murphy ruled March 26 for the property owners to submit demolition plans to the town within 30 days, the Journal Scene reported.
The ruling was in response to the property owners asking Murphy to reconsider a previous order.

“This matter came to light over three years ago. Heritage has been given every opportunity and ample time to rectify the situation yet the safety of the public remains at risk,” Murphy wrote, according to the Journal Scene.
