Hutchinson Square is the heart of downtown and, according to Summerville Patch readers, the heart of Summerville music. 

The small square on Main Street tied other music venue Montreux's in votes for the best music venue in town during this week's Readers' Choice poll. Because Hutchinson Square often hosts events that benefit nonprofits and the surrounding businesses, it was selected as the winner of the tie. 

While this week's Third Thursday outdoor entertainment event with Summerville's Got Talent was rained out, there will be more live music at Hutchinson Square June 21.Click here for more information.
