The food truck Hello My Name Is BBQ. The bun and the meat are sublime, you can tell they really care about the quality and they spend extra time preparing and pulling the pork. Just order the Holy City and don't bother with adding extra stuff to the sandwich. Their mac and cheese is excellent too.
