The former Midland Animal and Garden Depot has stood vacant for some months now at the corner of Central Avenue and Boonehill Road. The store is near The Ponds, Highwoods Plantation and Minky's Social Club.

Just down Central is the Orangeburg intersection with two grocery stores, and just down Boonehill is the Bi-Lo shopping center.

The .68-acre property does not appear to be listed for sale, but Zillow.com estimates the property costs $253,900.

Diamonds Gentelmen's Club, a biker bar, gas station that sell cheap gas 24/7 with large bright lights, tatoo parlor, liquor store, or an Adult Book Store with lots of picture for people who can't read good.

All great suggestions, Peter.

In seriousness, I'm hoping for another feed and seed in that location! Otherwise, I have to go through town to get to Tractor Supply for fly spray and horse treats. Although there is a new feed and seed off of Highway 78, down a ways toward Ridgeville, which I still need to check out.

Or perhaps an expansion on the fruit stand that's at the same intersection to include more local meats, produce and goods?
