This location on Cedar Street used to house Southern Seasons Grill. It has remained vacant for more than a year.

What should go here?

About this column: Every week or so, Patch will post a picture of a vacant store or lot in Summerville. You can tell us what you think should replace the empty space. Know of an empty building we should highlight? E-mail lindsay.street@patch.com.

We need another good restaurant there like Reminisce was !! Don't know if this is a bad location or what, but nothing seems to take off.

Laurie Wagner on Facebook writes: "I think it is just a bad location. Nothing that has been in that spot has lasted more than a few months. It has been many different kinds of restaurants over the 10 years I have lived in Summerville"

Laura Elmore Floyd writes: "The grounds have never been kept neatly and it did not make you want to go inside. It needs some major clean up for anything to thrive. First impressions are important. I think it would make a great place to serve Sunday brunch with a daily tea room, gift shop and available for baby showers etc. This Whole House is too expensive for the service and food. The tea room on Stallsville loop is in a bad location. If it served a real english tea and desserts, tea coffee and light lunches."

Chris Bunce writes: "steak house, hibachi fusion, bessingers, soul food restaurant, anything having to do with steak... book store? maybe or a music studio ... i could go for daysss"

Jeff Smith writes: "Good spot for a haunted house."

Lacy Arnold writes: "Wedding Dress Boutique"
