I just moved to Summerville in June of last year, from WV. I must say I love the Mountains up north, but this town is by far my "NEW HOME". I love the beauty here!

The outdoor enthusiast a wide variety of outdoor recreational activities. In addition to the hiking, biking and mountain biking adventures, campers can enjoy horseback riding through the winding woodland paths. Thanks a lot.

fun to take, and create, some great looking abstracts with slow shutter speeds of holiday lights. I've done it while driving by them. Move the camera while aiming - move it circular motion, up, down, on diagonal. sometimes youget some nice ones sometimes not! But creative & fun.

re: 'I love the beauty here!'
you shudda seen it before 'hugo'...
re: 'The crime and drugs are horrible in Summerville...'
there was a time in sville, 'my kingdom by the sea', when you didnt lock your doors and you could leave your keys in the car...aint progress great...
at alston (the then segregated Black school) conditions were NOT equal to sville hi...and Blacks sat in the balcony of the flowerstown players theater (then the sville pic show)...oh/and restaurants (think eva's was the only one) were for whites only...white/colored water fountains
so progress is very good, if not great.
