After a series of serious crimes in Robynwyn, the town of Summerville got a bright idea and made this decision~     "The Town of Summerville has discovered 16 dark spots in Robynwyn and 10 burned-out street lights in Brownsville during a recent survey of lighting."  Lindsay Street   As a result they decided to put in 16 new lights!

Congratulations planning committee of Summerville, you haven't just talked about putting these lights in.....  you have followed through!
