We took my Pontiac Firebird to Alessa Bertoluzzi at Auto 1. We had had other work done before and had some problems but still wanted to trust this neighborhood shop, we lived on the next block down from her.

We took car in in mid March asking for quote to fix coolant leakage and overheating problem. ALessa called us saying the water pump and radiator needed to be replace. Price was aroung $900.00 to $1000.00.  We were shocked but trusted her. It took us almost a month to get the money as we are just hard working people in Summerville. We picked it up last weekend in March and immediately we knew it was not fixed. 

After numerouse calls and complaints, she just wanted more money to fix the problem we had already given her $991.42 to fix she side stepped us.

I came in on 4/17/12 unannounce and she was shocked to see me! I told I need the car fixed once and for all. She told me the car had "other issues". I told her the issue that we paid her for was a leaking coolant system which still existed the same way BEFORE we gave her $991.42. She became argumentative and I walked out. She followed me out to my car HOSTILE!

Car is not fixed. She does not want to make it right. THIS IS NOT RIGHT>

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NOT TO AUTO 1 on W. Richardson in Summerville.  Dont get taken like we did.
