I lived here with husband and daughter and had the same issues as the user below. We had to break our lease. The neighbors threatened my husband newborn daughter and my self saying that they are going to kill is for calling the police on them at 2:30am for their loud music. I had to take my daughter across town just so she could sleep! These guys are in their 40s with about 8 people living in a 2 bed unit. One of the guys tried to hit me while going to my car on multiple occasions over a parking spot (which was a neutral spot). I couldn't hang pictures on the separating walls because of the constant vibrations of the bass from their music and constant partying. Nor could we utilize our back patio because they had kegs and two grills on our side. We also had damage to our vehicles from them. Tiffany (the property manager and tenant) would also hang out with them and would not enforce anything on them. There was one occasion where I called about the neighbors music around midnight and she told the officer "don't bother with them she is just a racist who likes to cause trouble" (I have a back ground of different races and I'm for from prejudice I just wanted to live in peace. She picks and chooses who to enforce the "rules" on. Her and her husband would stand out front of the building drinking beer with them and the lease states no loitering. Also the plumbing was faulty and they flooded my apt three times. Once they replaced the floors the other times it was my job to clean up the mess and had towels and blankets ruined by trying to save our electronics as furniture. (The first time I had Aaron's come out to install my washer and dryer and the faucet to hook up the washer lines the valve was bad and water steady shot across the room. They had a metal cap on it. That time they replaced the floor. Second time the hot water heater busted and it took the 3 hours to come out to my apt to asses the situation so the faux hard wood floors buckled. The third time which was 8 months later yes it took them EIGHT MONTHS to come repair the washer hook up, they didn't turn the water off before they cut the pipe and flooded it once again)When the mold started growing is when we had to leave for our daughters and our health. The owners do not care about the tenants as I spoke to them on 3 different occasions and did nothing. They won't fix anything unless you call them every day to get it done. My master bathroom sink wouldn't drain from day one, the outlets hung out of the walls and half didn't work or have covers that they said that they would fix when we moved in. It's a horrible place to live. They did allow is to break our lease and did give our deposit back but said that we are unable to please.
