AUSTIN CHAISSON & CASSIE VERHAEGHE - SINGER/SONGWRITERS - LIVE PERFORMANCE

Austin & Cassie return. They are a fairly new collision of voices and musical influences, made two months ago through a chance encounter put together by a certain Catherine Steele from The Bridge at 105.5. Austin has been playing guitar since the age of 11, influenced by the likes of John Mayer and Ray Lamontagne. Cassie Verhaeghe, daughter of aforementioned radio dj, has been singing since her vocal chords were able to strike any note at all. She found influence in the sounds of Ben Harper, Lauryn Hill, and Etta James. Both have been a part of previous projects and groups, but are now working towards building a catalog of songs all their own.
