Storyteller Tim Lowry has been named the "resident storyteller" of the historic Timrod Library in Summerville, according to Summerville DREAM.
During the months of October, November, and December he will offer a different program each month for adult audiences at the Timrod:
- Oct. 18: "When the Frost is on the Punkin"
- Nov. 15: "Every Inch A Gentleman"
- Dec. 20: "Dickens' A Christmas Carol"

Lowry is also offering a Telling Stories from History Workshop Nov. 15. That event costs $65.
Lowry has been telling stories for 25 years.
