SUMMERVILLE — Patch readers across the Lowcountry chimed in this week for their favorite barbecue joint, and they selected of Summerville.

This week's vote asked readers to pick the best barbecue from previous Patch winners to find the best in the Charleston area.

With 42 percent of the vote, Kelly's beat out , and .

Kelly's won the Summerville Patch contest in April, narrowly beating out Bessinger's with 40 percent of the vote.
