Virginia D. Brown, 81, of Summerville widow of Mervin James Brown passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at her residence.
She was buried Wednesday, Jan. 16, at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville.

Virginia was born on May 23, 1931 in Summerville, SC daughter of the late Robert Lawrence Driggers and Stella Burbage Driggers. She was a graduate of Berkley High School. She had a self employed cleaning service for many years.
Surviving are: One Daughter: Marcella “Marcie” Brown Strickland of Summerville; One Sister: Vera Driggers of Bowman, SC; One Brother: “David” Arthur Driggers of Ladson, SC.
