Arrests Made in Monday's Carjacking

Men arrested in Dorchester County library carjacking.

News 2 reports two men have been arrested in connection to the alleged carjacking Monday at Dorchester County library.

According to News 2:

Police arrested Bryan Howell of Summerville and a 15-year-old juvenile.  Howell was charged with armed robbery, carjacking, possession of a weapon during a crime of violence and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  The juvenile is charged with the same except the 'contributing' charge.

According to the news website, the unidentified victim was allegedly held at gunpoint and forced out of his vehicle in the parking lot of . The two suspects then took off in his car.

Howell and the juvenile will have a bond hearing Wednesday morning.
