Summerville Man Accused in Fatal West Ashley Wreck
ABC News 4 reports Jason Frank Marion of Summerville has been charged in wreck.
CHARLESTON — A Summerville man surrendered to authorities in last week's hitting and killing a man riding his bike in West Ashley, according to ABC News 4.
According to the news station:
Police had been on the lookout for the vehicle, a silver pick-up truck. Tuesday afternoon, (Jason Marion, 28, of Summerville) surrendered to authorities. He was charged with leaving the scene of a collision resulting in death and a municipal charge of failure to exercise due care while operating a vehicle.
