Choosing your hours at work may sound like a great perk, but it can make it tougher to call it a day. Encouragement testimony for the week:
I just got off the phone with a client who is on day 59 of his weight loss journey today. Back story: he started going to the gym in February 5 days a week to exercise and lose weight. After 3.5 months, he had lost 15 pounds. May 17 he started with me on Take Shape for Life. As of today, he has lost 59.5 pounds! (results not typical, typical weight loss is up to 2-5 pounds a week). I am so excited to be part of his journey!

Have a great day and wonderful week!
