The sales staff was efficient and helpful during the sale. The service department however is a den of thieves. My wife took in her 2009 Journey because the brakes were squealing after only 28,000 miles. They hit her up for $226.00 in non-warrenty repair and parts when all it neede was pads.($28.00) First of all, brakes should not be failing after only 28,00 miles. Secondly, even under extreme conditions, to have rotors fail so soon is either is not a possibility unless they were extremely poor quality to begin with. Hoover does not hire actual mechanics, only non-educated parts changers so there are not any "repairs" going on, they just replace parts until something changes then charge the customer for their incompetance. I would not recommend having your vehicle serived there.
