I took my car to Xpertech because it was making a really horrible sound from the wheel. I told them I thought I needed brakes, so they took the wheels off and did a full check up for FREE. They told me I didn t need brakes, and that they fixed a bent part on the wheel at no charge. WOW! I will always take my car to Xpertech.

J. Conniffe at XperTech is cheating the elderly and disabled.
I am both and went in to get my window motor fixed. They said they put in a new motor, they didn't. It broke again a week later. they are doing the same to other people, claiming to put in new parts and they don't. I paid them $253 to repair my window which wouldn't roll up. They canot produce a requisition for a new motor nor payment for one at the dealership who they said they bought a new motor from.
They have the same type of review from other people, not replacing parts they charge for.
They also give you a service even if you beg them to leave the rest of your car alone. They perform an inspection of every hose, belt, fluids etc. in less than a minute. I've never seen such a thing. Suddenly, you have loose and broken belts, leaks and things that won't fit together anymore.
Please do not let these people touch your vehicle. Someone needs to shut these cheats down!!!!!!!!!!
